Mate Magyar (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the "WordDetective.app" game application and website (the “Service”).

Information Collection And Use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) may include, but is not limited to:

· User ID: data is collected for app functionality, to remember your settings. Data is encrypted in transit You can request that data be deleted
· Policy Declaration: we save that information if you have accepted our terms and policies. It serves the purpose that we only ask it only for the first time.
Stored Sensitive User Data: Own avatars, background images and recorded sound effects
Players have the option to upload their own avatar photo background image or create their own sound effects. The players are not obliged to use them, it is entirely up to them to use them. All recordings are made with the conscious consent of the user. The avatar images and sound files are stored on our own server and are displayed and played as part of the animation during the online multiplayer game mode. The uploaded avatar and sound files can be deleted by the user at any time in the Profile menu, in which case they will also be deleted from our server. In all cases, the microphone is activated by pressing and holding the microphone button, thus preventing accidental access to the microphone that remains active.
Log Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. We don’t collect any data outside our site, and all data we collect serves only app functionaly.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from our web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
